Position Overview

Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking a dedicated Billing Clerk to join their client's team in North Scottsdale, AZ. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of corporate (non-medical) billing experience who is looking to work for a top-notch organization in a collaborative and professional office environment. The role is entirely onsite, offering a stable work schedule from Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Generate accurate customer invoices and statements.
  • Apply payments and reconcile accounts.
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized financial records.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and external customers.
  • Support month-end accounts receivable processes as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of billing experience (non-medical preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Familiarity with billing or accounting software and strong Excel skills
  • Solid communication skills.
  • Reliability and comfort working onsite full-time.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • Education requirement is a high school diploma.

Required Work Hours

Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, onsite.
